These bathrooms in Lexington were reconfigured to make the bathrooms more functional and bright. Their features were upgraded to be the best quality and to last a lifetime. Our project involved combining Kitchen, Living room and Dining room into 1 largely open plan area to modernize, increase the light and use of space more effectively… We also had the main bathroom and master bathroom renovated as all the plumbing had to change in any case.
Overall we are delighted with the result – it exceeded our best expectations.
Pegasus provided strong, engaged and proactive project management through Mike who made sure that we were aware of what was happening and what he needed from us. He addressed all issues and change requests and made sure the various tradesmen were coordinated giving us very few days with no activity. The initial estimate was that the project would take 3 months and it did.
All tradesmen were outstanding, both Pegasus employees and contractors who are very closely tied to them. We have had some poor experiences with contractors in the past but on this project they all were highly professional and committed to doing the best job they could for us – making suggestions, taking initiative and going beyond what we would normally expect. We would happily use all tradesmen again.
