With additional family members moving into this client’s home, they needed a somewhat separate living space. This unfinished basement was transformed by PEGASUS to have two bedrooms, an office area, a dining area, laundry room, bathroom, living room and a half-kitchen. By slightly opening up the surrounding ground and placing egress windows, the basement now has tons of natural light. This natural light, along with the existing high ceilings, takes away the sometimes undesirable “basement feel.” We are so glad we could provide this beautiful and much needed space for the family!
