PEGASUS Design-To-Build LLC ("PEGASUS," "we," "us," or "our") is a Massachusetts-based design-build firm located at 727 Main Street, Melrose, MA 02176. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit pegdesign.net, fill out a form on our website, or otherwise interact with our business.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the business, including HubSpot (CRM, email, hosting), Google (analytics and ads), Meta (ads), and Microsoft (Clarity analytics)
  • Design and trade partners working on your specific project, when you become an active PEGASUS client and sharing the information is necessary to plan or build the project
  • Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process

Some of these service providers act as processors on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your information.

Email and SMS marketing

If you opt into our email list, we send periodic newsletters, project updates, and resources we think you will find useful. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you opt into SMS communications, we may send you text messages related to your project inquiry or appointment scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

Advertising

We use Google Ads and Meta Ads to reach homeowners who may be interested in our services. These platforms may use cookies and pixels to measure ad performance and serve you relevant ads on other websites and platforms. You can control ad personalization at:

Data retention

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect through encryption, access controls, and vetted service providers. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients and newsletter subscribers when appropriate.
