In our clients' words
“We recently had Pegasus renovate our kitchen and both bathrooms. We’re talking removing a wall, moving radiators, upgrading electrical, moving plumbing and appliances—the kind of job we knew would overwhelm us really quickly. Thankfully we chose Pegasus, who made the whole thing pretty easy.”
Catherine · Melrose kitchen and two baths · Houzz
“The demo was complete in record time and dust in my temporary kitchen was minimal. The bathrooms are beautiful, thanks guys. I would use this group again and recommend them highly.”

Common questions
How much does a kitchen and bath remodel cost in Greater Boston?

On our 2020–2025 projects, a kitchen and bathroom done together ran $165,000–$360,000. A kitchen opened to the rooms around it ran $130,000–$225,000 on its own, and a simple bathroom $50,000–$70,000.

How long does a kitchen and bath remodel take?

15–22 weeks of construction, after 4–6 weeks of design and 1–2 months for permits.

Why do the kitchen and bath together?

One design, one permit, one schedule and one crew. The trades are already on site, and the house is torn up once instead of twice.

Are appliances included?

No. You buy the appliances and decorative lighting; we install them. We order and deliver everything else.

Will the price change during construction?

Your agreement is a fixed price with allowances for the finishes you pick. It changes only if you change the job or choose finishes above an allowance.
